Surfing Exercise: Upper Body


Get Stronger to Surf Longer, right?! 
Having a stronger upper body means you’ll be able to paddle faster & pop up on your surfboard quickly, all in the name of catching more waves. 

Need some ideas on the best exercises you can do to get stronger to surf longer? Umm, yeah! Some of these will be old standards from high school gym class.
