Time to get Surf Strong!


I gotta say, like a lot of girls, I had a hard time learning how to surf. I didn't have the upper body strength or the stamina to paddle hard. And let's face it, you're just a buoy bobbing in the waves if you can't paddle like you mean it to ride the waves.  It's crazy frustrating wanting to ride waves, but not having the strength training, fitness ability & muscle memory to pull off surfing.  Don't forget you gotta go hard from the get-go just to make it past the impact zone and out into the lineup.
There's a whole lot more to getting surf strong than just push-ups and sit-ups people! And believe me, I needed all the help in the world!
